Who dat?

GB is short for Gnarly Buttercup, and definitely not Gregory + a middle initial. You can call him Greg or GB, or perhaps Commodore. But don't call him Al. That's Paul Simon, apparently.

Aside from all the formal, professional bullshit, Greg is really just a dude. He collects records (all formats) and baseball caps, especially bizarre Minor League teams. He lives with his family in the rough vicinity of Seattle-Tacoma metro area, but if you ask him, he lives on an island in the Salish Sea. Yes, he regularly sees seals and orcas, as well as the regal Mt Tahoma, who is great and terrifying. Greg supports the Cascadia Bioregion, and thinks politics are best served locally.

Greg has significantly downsized his social media presence since the days of the ubiquitous @gb on nearly every platform. He occasionally uses Mastodon, mindlessly scrolls on TikTok, posts to LinkedIn at great pain and with much consternation.
